Physical Education Class

In Physical Education class we have been enjoying playing capture the pin, king pin, and hand ball. Each class has been doing a 8 minute run on Wednesdays, we are working up to 10 minutes straight. This is going to help with our mile times. In weights we are working on our overall strength training. Each student is trying to get stronger each day in class. We are going to be starting volleyball and pickle ball in the upcoming weeks. Go Tigers
