I started my career as an English teacher at Marceline High School in 2001. I taught 7-9 Language Arts and coached middle school track and basketball. In 2006 I transferred to Brookfield High School where I taught HS English and Drama. I coached middle school softball, basketball, track, and directed the HS play. I also taught English adjunct classes for North Central Missouri College from 2008-2010. I left the teaching profession in 2011 to pursue a career in business. I worked from 2011-2015 for The Living Well Company where I started out in Advertising. During my tenure for The Living Well Company,  I worked my way to VP of Sales and International Wholesale. In 2015 I returned to my true passion; teaching! I taught HS English and Dual Credit English at Carrollton High School and was the HS Asst. softball coach.

This is my 3rd year at Keytesville and I LOVE IT!  All my students, along with the Student Council, are working to enhance the Positive Attitudes in the school!  It is our goal to create an environment where everyone feels safe; we encourage acts of kindness!
