Preschool teacher Miss Cindy, invited Mrs. Dowell’s 3rd grade class and Mrs. Meyer’s 5th grade science class over once again to perform another STEM activity. This time, the students partnered up and had to build a tower out of toothpicks and cranberries. The object of the activity was to see who could build the tallest structure that could stand on its own. The teams of Brody C. and Tinley H., and Rhys. A and Cole K., tied for the tallest structures both coming in at a height of 19 inches. All of the students enjoyed this activity and are excited for the next STEM activity Miss Cindy plans!
